It started with contracts.
In January 2018 I co-founded the law firm ARROWS. Nine months later, my first own company, because real estate agents needed the law explained and a lawyer's hourly rate was not the right tool.
The recipe for a company has three steps. The fourth is actually doing it.
I write a contract.
As a lawyer I've written hundreds. Each has a clause where someone covers something because they're afraid of it.
I notice what I'm afraid of in it.
The owner is afraid of the tenant. The student is afraid of having nowhere to live. The agent is afraid of the law. Every fear in a clause is a gap in the market.
I found a company on it.
So that nobody has to be afraid of it anymore. On some gaps I founded two, because I missed the first time.
What others build in a year, I have on the market in a month.
I don't code any better than the average lawyer. What I can do is brief AI agents and my own tools so that they get the work done. My companies therefore run on software built inside the group, and I have time to write texts like this one. I teach it to entrepreneurs in Master of Machines (Vládce strojů, in Czech): 12 courses, about 40 hours, not one of them on getting rich quick.

This site works in a terminal too. And it talks to AI agents.
No library, no backend. The server just looks at who's asking. A person in a browser gets the page, a terminal gets text, and an agent asking for markdown gets markdown. The game can be played by URL.

It really works. Open a terminal and try it. For agents there is also llms.txt.
I answer myself, which is both an advantage and a risk.
Partnerships, investment, media, talks. Be specific: what you want, when, and what you expect from it. "Let's grab a coffee sometime" is a message too, I just answer it more slowly. Usually within two working days.
I'm a founding partner of the law firm ARROWS. The law is the reason I go into things others run away from. I don't offer legal services here, though; the bar's code of conduct doesn't allow it, and ARROWS has more people for that than I do.
