# Lukáš Slanina

> Where others see a problem, a company can begin.

JUDr. Lukáš Slanina, a Czech lawyer. Every company I've founded since 2018 began with something someone was afraid of and nobody was fixing. This site is about learning to notice that place. You don't have to be a lawyer or a developer.

## Nine stories: pick a real estate problem, I'll show you what grew out of it

They all started the same way: someone was afraid of something and nobody was fixing it.

## How to: the recipe has three steps

1. **Notice what people are afraid of.** In contracts, in queues, in spreadsheets. Every clause where someone covers themselves is a fear. Every fear nobody is fixing is room for a company.
2. **Build the smallest thing that removes the fear.** Not a platform. One page, one form, one contract that solves the problem for one person. If it works for one, it will work for a hundred.
3. **Found a company on it once it works.** A limited company is a few days and a few hundred euros. It isn't courage, it's a form. The courage was the first step.

You don't have to be a developer. Neither am I; what I can do is brief AI agents so that they get the work done, and that can be learned in a few weeks. I teach it to entrepreneurs in Master of Machines (https://vladcestroju.cz, in Czech).
